Started on the Smallcaps instruction set

Not that I even know if its good work yet, but my latest misadventure reminded me of this quote.
Although I'm overloaded, I started defining an instruction set for E that could be the basis for a small tight ENative. A small-but-real ENative could be an EROS shell, and could be an embedded scripting language for adding virus-free scripting to various other apps. I should be posting all this to e-lang soon.
Best of all is the name for the instruction set: "Smallcaps".
